 Do we need Internet to create an HTML page?

Many time more often those student who start learning HTML who have many question arises in his her mind this is also one question among them Do we need Internet to create an HTML page? 

When we start leaning HTML in starting time then first We are using Notepad and Notpad++ editor to write a code of HTML after that we are using any on of the browser for output of our HTML code .

But for output of HTML code we doesnot need any internet connection only just by the helps of the code editor i.e.. Notepad++ you can just click on the run it is redireted to one of your system browser i.e Internet explorer , Chrome  or in Mozialla firfox which you already installed in your pc , or laptop that's it your output run sucessfully without any internet connection


Conclusion

For creating any HTML page we does not need any internet connection in your pc or laptop.
